Summer 2020 - a fab time to enjoy The Carlingford Lough Greenway
See what is in store for you on the Carlingford to Omeath section
Fabulous facility for kids to enjoy a bike ride
Stopped off at Cafe Rosa in Omeath for coffee and cake. Twice. Cycling burns about 400 calories an hour = one slice of carrot cake. 5 hours cycling achieves weight equilibrium AND gives you your 'Five a Day'. What's not to like about that ?
There was plenty of cake eaten that day. I stopped twice at Holly Berrie at the Tearooms, Scarva AND once at Cafe Rosa , Omeath on the way back. It was the weekend that Holly Berrie opened at Scarva, I'm sure. What fabulous Tearooms - right there on the Newry Canal Way
In 2019, Carlingford Lough Ferry produced this amazing video 'Lough of Legends' . It features lots of local scenes, all filmed by a professional film crew. OnYerBike and the Carlingford Lough Greenway made a cameo entrance and a quick hello to Adrian Shine
